• Payment must be received before your booking is confirmed
• All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply and will be clearly displayed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of package cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@teerthyatra.com
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• TeerthYatra reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on TeerthYatra's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TeerthYatra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, TeerthYatra does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the website.

6. Limitations of Liability
